Do you take insurance?

We are in-network with most UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna health plans. We verify your copay and insurance benefits before your initial session.

How can I pay for therapy ?

We accept check or credit cards payment for services. We also accept payment from Health Savings Account funds.

What is your cancellation policy?

All requests to cancel or reschedule a session made with 24 hours advance notice or more are accommodated. If it’s within 24 hours of your scheduled session and it’s an emergency, we are happy to reschedule. If it’s within 24 hours and it’s not an emergency, we’ll try to find a mutually convenient time within the week to reschedule. All other cancellations, including no shows, will be billed at the agreed upon session rate.

How can I get started with therapy ?

Please complete our contact form and we will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule a phone consultation. During this call, you can expect to be asked questions about what is bringing you to therapy and identify your treatment goals. You can also ask any general questions that you may have about the process.

What ages do you treat ?

Children age 7 and up, adolescents, and adults.


Do you offer video sessions ?

Yes, we are a telehealth only practice at this time.


Do you provide medication?

We do not provide medication management services. However, we are happy to provide recommendations for medication providers.


What therapy modalities do you offer?

We have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Continuing education is important to us so we are always seeking additional training to improve our knowledge and better support our clients’ learning and development.
